CAO Central Allocation Office GmbH” is currently implementing a load-flow based explicit allocation process to allocate physical transmission rights for cross-border electricity transmission in the CEE region on behalf of the eight involved Transmission System Operators (TSO)s. As soon as the implementation will be finished and tested with TSOs and market participants, CAO will take over the daily operation of the allocation process.
